By accessing or using ThatLoneTrader's algorithmic trading platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to check for updates periodically.
2. Description of Services
ThatLoneTrader provides a platform for creating, testing, and deploying algorithmic trading strategies without coding. Our services include strategy building, backtesting, paper trading, and live trading through connected broker accounts.

3. Account Registration and Security
To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access
- Ensure the security of API keys and broker credentials
- Take responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
We offer different subscription tiers with various features and limitations. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page.

Historical data may contain inaccuracies, gaps, or adjustments that could impact backtesting results. We will source data from reputable providers but cannot guarantee absolute accuracy.
Performance Metrics
Metrics provided will be for informational purposes only. These metrics have inherent statistical limitations and will not guarantee future performance.
