This Privacy Policy applies when you visit ThatLoneTrader, create an account, connect a supported third-party service, or use the strategy, monitoring, market-data, and alerting features.

ThatLoneTrader is a read-only options monitoring service. It does not place, modify, or cancel broker orders. Third-party services process information under their own privacy policies.

We may also receive information when you contact support or send feedback. Please do not send information that is not needed to resolve your request.

• Authenticate you and maintain your account.
• Create, save, calculate, and display strategies, positions, PnL, market information, and alerts.
• Connect requested services such as Fyers and Telegram and deliver the functionality you configure.
• Secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the service and prevent misuse.
• Respond to requests, communicate service changes, and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, these activities may rely on performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating a secure service, your consent, or compliance with law.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers and integrations that help operate features you request, such as:

• Google and Firebase for sign-in, authentication, database, hosting-related, diagnostics, and analytics services.
• Fyers for broker authentication and read-only account data.
• Telegram to deliver alerts you configure.
• Infrastructure, security, and professional-service providers acting on our instructions.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the service, subject to appropriate safeguards.

When you connect Fyers, ThatLoneTrader processes the authorization and data needed to show requested account and market information. The connection is designed for monitoring and does not grant the product order-placement functionality.

You can disconnect the integration through available product or broker controls. Disconnecting may prevent live monitoring and related alerts from working.

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including encrypted network transport, authentication, and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Information may be processed in countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate mechanisms for cross-border transfers.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. Backups and logs may remain for a limited period after account data is deleted.

• Review or update available profile and service settings.
• Disconnect Fyers, Telegram, or Google through relevant controls.
• Manage browser storage and analytics as described in our Cookie Policy.
• Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable law grants those rights.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained where required for security, compliance, or legal claims.

ThatLoneTrader is not directed to children and is intended only for people aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will appear on this page with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service when practical.
